Placements24 is seeking a Remote Warehouse Management System (WMS) Specialist to lead implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of WMS across client sites. This fully remote role enables you to apply extensive WMS knowledge from anywhere.

You will drive system deployments, train end-users, and collaborate with IT and stakeholders to ensure robust, secure, and efficient WMS operations aligned with client goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proven experience with major WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, HighJump/Korber, Oracle WMS, SAP EWM).
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with system integrations (ERP, TMS) is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and deployment of new WMS solutions for clients, including system configuration and setup.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing WMS implementations, troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors.
• Optimize WMS workflows and configurations to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define system specifications, and develop custom solutions.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users on WMS functionality and best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct system audits and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal system utilization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest WMS technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Work closely with IT and development teams on system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the WMS environment.
