Placements24 is seeking a motivated Junior Web Developer Apprentice for a fully remote role. You will learn by doing, collaborating with experienced developers on real-world projects across front-end and back-end tasks.

Ideal candidates own a foundation in web concepts, basic HTML/CSS/JS, and a strong eagerness to learn. The program offers training, courses, and a pathway to a possible full-time developer role upon completion.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of web development concepts.
• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and languages.
• Portfolio of personal projects or prior coding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining responsive websites and web applications using modern frameworks.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under guidance of senior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions on technical solutions.
• Learn and implement front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Support back-end development tasks, including database management and API integration.
• Undertake learning assignments and projects to expand knowledge in web development domains.
