The Legends Agency is seeking a Design Manager for Wastewater Treatment who will lead delivery from feasibility to detailed design and construction support. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure technical governance, engage with clients and stakeholders, and drive safe, efficient project delivery within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams across wastewater projects.
• Experience managing project delivery, programme, budget, quality, and technical compliance.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Experience reviewing and approving engineering deliverables.
• Experience acting as the primary technical interface with clients and key stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, client specifications, company procedures, and CDM regulations.
• Experience supporting business development activities, framework management, and proposal preparation.
• Ability to identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement, and digital delivery.
• Experience supporting the development and implementation of growth strategies within the water sector.

Responsibilities
