This fully remote role focuses on designing processes to ensure smooth inventory flow from receipt to dispatch, minimizing bottlenecks and maximizing throughput.

You will analyze complex operational data, implement innovative solutions, and collaborate with on-site teams through virtual channels to drive operational excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in warehouse operations management.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage efficient warehouse flow processes, from inbound receiving to outbound shipping.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the goods flow.
• Develop and deploy strategies to optimize picking, packing, and staging processes for maximum speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with site managers and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of flow strategies.
• Implement and monitor KPIs related to inventory velocity, order cycle time, and throughput.
• Utilize technology and automation solutions to enhance warehouse flow and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices throughout the warehouse operations.
• Manage inventory placement and slotting strategies to optimize accessibility and reduce travel time.
• Develop training materials and provide guidance to on-site teams regarding efficient workflow procedures.

• In-depth knowledge of Lean principles, WMS functionalities, and material handling systems.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex operational data.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide remote and on-site teams.


• Proven ability to drive process improvements and achieve significant operational gains.Experience with warehouse layout design and slotting optimization.Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Familiarity with various warehouse technologies and automation solutions.Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
