Qualifications

• Professional background in voice acting, voice coaching, dialect coaching, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of speech analysis, prosody, intonation, phonetics, accent and dialect variation, and vocal quality assessment.
• Experience with audio or sound engineering, especially in evaluating recording quality and acoustic environments.
• Familiarity with resonance, placement, and breath control concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher); multilingual applicants welcome.

• Analyze short speech recordings and produce precise, structured written assessments using professional voice terminology.

• Evaluate emotional tone, energy, articulation clarity, and delivery style across scripted, spontaneous, or conversational samples.
• Assess audio quality, including room sound, device type, and recording environment quality.
• Deliver observations in clear, detailed reports with consistent technical language for AI model training.
• Collaborate asynchronously via digital platforms to provide objective input for voice system improvements.
