Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a remote, worldwide project focused on graphic design, UI/UX, and multimedia production. You will assess AI-generated outputs, provide expert human feedback, and help improve training data for AI models.

Required paid experience in AI human-data work; proficiency with tools like Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Canva is essential. Strong English communication and the ability to work independently are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with the listed creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work including data labeling, annotation, RLHF or model evaluation.
• Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2 level or above).
• No formal degree required; practical creative experience is valued.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools listed (Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, Behance).
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
