Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows. You'll apply professional design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training.

Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required; experience with AI-only content does not meet the requirement.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or UI/UX.
• Paid experience in AI human-data work is required.
• Ability to provide detailed feedback and annotations.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
