The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with sales, operations and warehousing, and leveraging TMS tools to track and improve performance remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Proven experience in Transportation Planning or logistics management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data analysis proficiency.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Excellent understanding of transport modes, regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and remote stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize transportation plans, routes and schedules to meet targets and costs.
• Analyze transportation data (costs, times, carrier performance) for improvements.
• Select and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and warehousing to align plans with goals.
• Utilize TMS and related software to manage and track shipments.
