• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, ideally in an agency or SaaS setting.
• Proven written communication skills and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and building contact lists.
• Comfortable managing your own pipeline in Salesforce and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts across SA to feed ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and provide feedback to the team.
