Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
