Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in a lead or architect role.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
• Expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Angular.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical interviews for U.S. job placements on behalf of our sales representatives.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend daily standups & scrum meetings to manage ongoing U.S. projects.
• Advise and mentor engineers on technical best practices.
