Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in Sustainable Agriculture, Environmental Science, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience specifically in sustainable agriculture, ecological farming, or environmental consulting for agriculture.
• In-depth knowledge of ecological principles, soil science, water management, and biodiversity conservation in agricultural contexts.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sustainability frameworks and action plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with experience delivering content remotely.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and agricultural data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and propose innovative sustainable agriculture strategies and best practices for clients.
• Conduct virtual assessments of farming operations to identify areas for environmental improvement.
• Provide remote technical guidance on soil health management, water conservation, integrated pest management, and organic farming methods.
• Educate clients and stakeholders on the benefits and implementation of sustainable agricultural practices through online channels.
• Research and report on emerging trends, technologies, and policies related to sustainable agriculture.
