Placements24 is seeking a Supply Chain Procurement Analyst to join a remote-first team focused on optimizing procurement processes, reducing costs, and ensuring data integrity across the supply chain. You'll analyze spending, build dashboards, support strategic sourcing, and collaborate with procurement and finance to drive data-driven decisions in a fully remote environment.

Experience with ERP, Excel, SQL, and BI tools is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or analytics, preferably remote.
• Strong data analysis with Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supply chain principles.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and market insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track procurement KPIs and performance.
• Support strategic sourcing with data analysis, market research, and cost modeling.
• Collaborate with procurement to onboard new suppliers and assess viability.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock and reduce costs.
• Assist in negotiations with data-driven pricing and terms.
• Identify supply chain risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy in procurement systems and databases.
• Contribute to best practices and process improvements.
