Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, procurement, operations) and external partners (suppliers, carriers) to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify potential risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.
• Optimize inventory levels across multiple locations to meet demand while minimizing holding costs.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods.
• Utilize supply chain planning software and advanced analytics tools to model scenarios and support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on supply chain performance to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or operations management.
• Proven experience with supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis) and advanced analytical tools.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and network design principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the logistics industry is highly desirable.
