The position requires a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in structural analysis and 5+ years of hands-on experience in FEA. Proficiency in ANSYS or Abaqus is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in structural analysis.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in structural mechanics and FEA.
• Proficiency with FEA software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret simulation data.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed structural analysis and FEA on mechanical components and assemblies.
• Develop and validate models for static, dynamic, and thermal loads.
• Specify materials and design features to ensure required structural strength, stiffness, and fatigue life.
• Collaborate with design engineers to modify and optimize designs based on analysis results.
• Create technical reports summarizing analysis findings, methodologies, and recommendations for design improvements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations for structural integrity.
