The role demands 10+ years in strategic management consulting or corporate strategy, MBA or equivalent, and exceptional virtual facilitation and leadership of remote teams in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic management consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• Proven track record leading and delivering large-scale strategy projects.
• Expertise in strategic planning methodologies, financial modeling, market research, and competitive intelligence.
• Exceptional virtual facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead remote teams and manage projects autonomously.
• Strong understanding of digital strategy, innovation, and business model disruption.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic consulting engagements, from client acquisition and scoping to final delivery and follow-up.
• Develop sophisticated market entry strategies, competitive analysis frameworks, and growth blueprints for clients.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of client business models, operational efficiencies, and financial performance.
• Design and facilitate virtual workshops and executive-level strategy sessions.
• Mentor and coach project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance remote work culture.
• Translate complex strategic concepts into clear, actionable recommendations and roadmaps.
• Present strategic findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and boards of directors.
• Continuously research and integrate emerging business trends and technologies into strategic advice.
• Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery, building long-term partnerships.
