Placements24 is seeking a Remote Management Consultant focused on Strategy and Innovation. The role supports clients across sectors from Mpumalanga to national scope, delivering strategic transformation remotely without a fixed office presence.

You will guide organizations in developing future-proof strategies, fostering innovation, and adapting to rapidly changing market conditions while collaborating with diverse remote teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a related strategic field.
• Minimum of 6 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or corporate strategy with remote delivery.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to synthesize complex information.
• Experience identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on developing and implementing corporate strategy, innovation frameworks, and digital transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, scenario analysis, and ideation workshops virtually.
• Identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and new business models relevant to client industries.
• Support clients in building internal innovation capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop compelling business cases and strategic proposals for innovation investments.
