• Negotiate high-value contracts and long-term agreements with global suppliers.
• Manage and optimize supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality, sustainability, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into sourcing requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sourcing function, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key strategic suppliers.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on sourcing activities, market intelligence, and financial impact.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management, preferably within the CPG, food & beverage, or wine & spirits industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sourcing strategies and delivering significant cost savings.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in advanced procurement software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead projects effectively in a remote setting.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Experience with sustainable and ethical sourcing practices is essential.
