Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional sourcing projects and complex negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and purchasing software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for key spend areas to achieve optimal value.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and supplier landscape analysis.
• Lead and manage complex sourcing events, including RFPs, RFQs, and negotiations.
• Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with strategic suppliers.
