Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a STEM field or Education with a STEM focus.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and e-learning.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and LMS.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging STEM curriculum materials and courses.
- Create learning resources: video scripts, simulations, quizzes, assignments, and multimedia content.
- Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and standards in online education.
- Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and multimedia developers to produce high-quality courseware.
- Review and update existing online courses to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Utilize LMS and authoring tools to build and deploy online courses.
