Placements24 is seeking a Sports Sponsorship Manager to identify, secure, and nurture strategic sponsorship partnerships for a fully remote team. You will develop proposals, negotiate contracts, activate sponsorships, and drive revenue in the sports marketing space.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sponsorship sales or sports marketing, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems, all within a remote working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales or sports marketing, with a proven track record of securing significant deals.
• Strong understanding of the sports industry and corporate sponsorship landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, sales, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Proficiency in CRM software and ability to manage multiple prospects and clients remotely.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential corporate sponsors who align with the organization's brand values and target audience.
• Develop and present persuasive sponsorship proposals, highlighting the unique value proposition and ROI for partners.
• Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements, ensuring favorable terms and comprehensive contract details.
• Manage existing sponsor relationships, ensuring successful activation and fulfilling all contractual obligations.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of sponsorship programs, providing insights for future strategy development.
