Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Sports Performance Coach to empower athletes worldwide. You will design personalized training programs, guide nutrition, injury prevention, and mental conditioning through an innovative online coaching platform.

The role requires a CSCS/NSCA/ASCA certification, 4+ years coaching experience, and proficiency with online coaching platforms, video analysis, and wearables. Strong communication and remote rapport-building are essential.

Qualifications

Certification from a recognized sports coaching institute (CSCS/NSCA/ASCA).
Minimum 4 years hands-on coaching athletes at competitive levels.
Proficiency with online coaching platforms, video analysis tools, and wearable tech data.
Strong knowledge in exercise physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, and psychology.
Excellent remote communication, motivation, and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

Develop customized, science-based performance programs based on sport, goals and assessments.
Conduct regular online consultations via video conferencing and progress reviews.
Provide guidance on nutrition planning, recovery strategies, and injury prevention.
Educate athletes on sport-specific skills, tactics and mental resilience.
Monitor progress with tracking tools and adjust plans accordingly.
