You will be integrated into an agile process, contributing to real projects from day one and collaborating with a distributed team. The role emphasizes proactive learning, problem-solving, and strong communication.

Qualificações

• Completed Grade 12 (Matric) with strong math and logical thinking.
• Demonstrable passion for software development through projects or courses.
• Basic understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Git or willingness to learn version control.
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, especially remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Assist senior developers in coding, debugging and testing software applications.
• Learn and apply best practices, version control, agile methods, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with remote teammates via virtual tools.
• Contribute to design and architecture of new features and improvements.
• Write clean, maintainable code following coding standards.
• Test software modules and identify bugs and issues.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Explore new technologies and programming languages relevant to projects.
• Document code, processes and specifications clearly.
• Contribute to ongoing development process and tooling improvements.
