Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and update online skincare product listings with descriptions, images and pricing.
• Craft engaging product descriptions highlighting benefits and features.
• Provide excellent online support via email, live chat and social media.
• Answer questions on product selection, usage and ingredients.
• Develop skincare content, blog posts, FAQs and social media content.
• Monitor reviews and feedback, report trends to marketing.
• Assist in planning online marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Stay current with skincare trends and industry news.
• Collaborate with e-commerce and marketing to optimize the customer journey.
