Placements24 is seeking a Senior Purchasing Coordinator for a fully remote role supporting a growing logistics and supply chain network. You will manage end-to-end procurement of operational supplies, equipment, and services, and lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field, 5+ years procurement experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Admin, or related.
• 5+ years in purchasing/procurement coordination.
• Experience managing POs, supplier negotiations, contracts.
• Strong remote-work communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing for operations, equipment, and services.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotes, negotiate pricing and terms.
• Prepare, issue, track purchase orders, ensure accuracy.
• Maintain supplier relationships and resolve inquiries.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and budgets.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely receipt of goods.
• Maintain procurement records and databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet buying needs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Assist in procurement reports and management analyses.
