Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise system implementations (ERP, CRM, HRIS). This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere while coordinating distributed teams and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

You will develop comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to executives. A track record of delivering complex IT projects in remote environments and strong leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience with large-scale enterprise system implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within scope.
• Strong ERP/CRM/HRIS implementation knowledge and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management in remote contexts.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business; PMP or equivalent certification desirable.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and adaptable Remote Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise systems implementation projects. You will be responsible for managing the deployment of critical business systems, such as ERP, CRM, or HRIS, ensuring they are implemented on time, within budget, and meet business requirements. This role demands strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage distributed teams and diverse stakeholders in a virtual environment. You will be pivotal in enhancing the company's operational efficiency through robust system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful deployment of enterprise-level system implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and third-party vendors.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , specifically with large-scale enterprise system implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects within scope and on schedule.
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems and their implementation methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, especially in a remote context.
• Proficiency in project management software and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
