Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead enterprise software and system integration initiatives in a fully remote role. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time deployment of transformative technology across the business.

You will collaborate with business leaders and IT teams, define scope and success metrics, and drive change management across distributed locations, while delivering results that improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PM experience in enterprise software or system implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field; PMP or Agile certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
• Strong understanding of system integration, data migration and change management principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills for a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for enterprise solutions from initiation to closure.
