Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of infrastructure development projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, entirely in a remote setting.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budget management.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary remote teams, including engineers, designers, planners, and external consultants.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the required technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges and resolving issues effectively to maintain project momentum.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent international certification is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure development (e.g., transportation, water, energy).
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote interaction.
