A growing entrepreneurial company is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Operations & Product Lifecycle Manager to enhance operational processes and product offerings. This remote role demands a detail-oriented professional capable of managing product lifecycles, optimizing operations, and utilizing project management tools like Asana. Essential skills include proficiency in English, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. You will work closely with the founder and play a crucial role in scaling the business while ensuring high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills — written and verbal in English.
• Proficient in data tracking and analysis using spreadsheets.
• Experience in managing product lifecycles and operational processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage product lifecycle documentation and tracking.
• Develop and optimize operational processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors on deliverables.

Connaissances

Excellent English proficiency

Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace
