The ideal candidate holds a PhD with 6+ years of NLP post-doctoral work, deep transformer expertise, and proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow.

Qualifications

• PhD in CS/AI/ML or related field.
• 6+ years post-doctoral NLP research with a strong publication record.
• Expertise in transformer models, attention mechanisms, and state-of-the-art NLP techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with distributed training and hyperparameter optimization.

Responsabilités

• Conduct cutting-edge research in NLP including text generation, sentiment analysis, QA, and translation.
• Develop, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and other NLP architectures.
• Collaborate with a remote team of researchers to drive projects from conception to publication or product integration.
• Evaluate NLP models using rigorous quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to IP and product features.
• Mentor junior researchers and foster a vibrant remote research community.
