Placements24 is seeking a highly creative Senior Motion Graphics Designer for a fully remote role in South Africa. You’ll concept, design, and deliver motion graphics for marketing campaigns, explainers, social content, and internal comms.

You will shape visual identity while collaborating with designers, editors, and marketers. A strong portfolio and advanced skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and 3D tools are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design and animation skills.
• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and storytelling.
• Experience with 3D tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for campaigns.
• Create storyboards, animatics, and style frames to communicate concepts.
• Execute high-quality animations with industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to meet project objectives.
• Mentor junior designers and stay ahead of motion design trends.
