Job summary

Placements24 invites a Senior Graphic Designer to join their fully remote creative team. You will conceptualize and create compelling visual assets for digital and print, communicating brand messages across campaigns while collaborating with marketing, product, and sales from a remote location in Durban, South Africa.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in branding, digital and print design, and strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital, and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design software for digital applications.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
• Experience working with various print production methods and digital design best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at working effectively in a remote setting.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and impactful designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design high-quality graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and print collateral.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications by adhering to and evolving brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production, ensuring proper formatting and resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
