Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years mechanical engineering experience, 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading complex multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Asana).
• Strong understanding of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and remote collaboration skills.
• P.Eng. designation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of mechanical engineering projects, delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop detailed project plans with resource allocation, risk management, and remote communication protocols.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance in a virtual environment.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and provide regular updates.
