Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in logistics coordination, fleet management, or a similar role, with a significant portion in a remote or supervisory capacity.
• Deep understanding of supply chain principles, transportation management systems (TMS), and route optimization software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.

Responsabilités

• Remotely manage and direct a large fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal utilization and performance.
• Develop and implement strategic route planning and optimization initiatives.
• Monitor fleet performance, driver activity, and delivery progress using advanced tracking and reporting tools.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve complex logistical challenges and potential disruptions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of logistics operations with overall business objectives.
• Lead and mentor junior dispatchers and support staff as needed.
• Analyze logistical data to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, transportation laws, and company policies.
• Manage communication between drivers, operations management, and external partners.
• Oversee and manage documentation related to fleet operations, compliance, and delivery confirmation.
