Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Industrial Eng, CS, IT).
• Minimum 6 years in industrial engineering with automation & system integration focus.
• Proven experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and automation workflows.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their business applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Experience with change management and leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Programming skills in Python and/or C# are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to lead remote teams.
