Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in HSE management, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proven experience in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation.
• Strong remote leadership and communication skills for effective remote management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures across the organization.
• Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective action plans.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees and contractors.
• Advise management on HSE risks and mitigation strategies.
