Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a senior full stack developer to join a remote-first team building cloud-based applications. You will design, implement, and deploy scalable services across the stack, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies, cloud platforms, and best practices for scalable software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Vue.js).
• Extensive experience with back-end languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end interfaces and back-end services for cloud applications.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using modern languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, React, Angular).
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability within cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
