Placements24 is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our fully remote engineering team. You will build and scale user-facing web applications, delivering engaging interfaces and robust code across devices and browsers.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant solutions, participate in code reviews, and help shape an engineering culture that values performance and quality.

Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join their fully remote engineering team. You will be instrumental in building and scaling user-facing web applications, creating engaging and responsive interfaces that delight our users. This role requires a deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks, a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• In-depth experience with at least one major frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with state management libraries and build tools.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team environment.
