Qualifications

• 8+ years in fleet or logistics operations.
• Experience managing remote, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize routes and costs.
• Oversee operations of a geographically dispersed fleet with regulatory adherence.
• Mentor remote dispatchers and fleet coordinators for high performance.
