About the Role

Our client, a leading innovator in AI & Emerging Technologies, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Data Scientist specializing in Predictive Modeling . You will be responsible for developing advanced statistical and machine learning models to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, driving critical business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of various modeling techniques, strong programming skills, and the ability to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will mentor junior team members and contribute significantly to the strategic direction of our data science initiatives, tackling challenging problems across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and deploy sophisticated predictive models using machine learning, statistical analysis, and deep learning techniques.
• Clean, transform, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate model performance and business impact.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and concisely through visualizations and presentations.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering best practices and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in data science, with a strong focus on predictive modeling.
• Proven expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series analysis, deep learning), and model evaluation techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with SQL and working with large datasets in distributed computing environments (e.g., Spark).
• Strong data visualization skills and experience with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
