Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to join a globally distributed R&D team in a fully remote role. You will design advanced models, process large datasets, and translate insights into strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with engineers and product teams to deploy models to production and monitor performance, staying at the forefront of AI research. Ideal candidates hold a Masters or PhD, 5+ years in data science, and strong Python/R and ML library expertise.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning with impact.
• Proficiency in Python or R and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, plus big data tech (Spark, Hadoop).
• Proficiency in data visualization and communicating results clearly.
