Job summary

HyperionDev is seeking a seasoned Copywriter to craft compelling content that brings our positioning to life, fuels thought leadership, and drives inbound leads for our education programs. A portfolio demonstrating ability across email, websites and landing pages is required.

You'll collaborate with Design, Product Marketing and Email Marketing to help students understand how to start and change their careers for the better, while adapting copy for a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of work experience as a copywriter or content editor.
• 1+ years of experience actively involved in the brand messaging for a large consumer or business facing brand.
• A qualification in creative writing, journalism, marketing, English, or a related field.
• Perfect written communication skills, and near-perfect verbal communication skills.
• A track record of exceeding targets and ambition.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing as a whole.
• A working knowledge of Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
• Practical experience with SEO.

Responsibilities

• Create clear and appealing communication of our company identity and brand story.
• Ideation and research for our Content Marketing alongside the Content Marketer and Email Marketer.
• Regular writing of SEO optimised blog posts.
• Create copy for email, social media and video.
• Produce copy for performance marketing needs, from Facebook and Tik Tok ads to Youtube videos.
• Ongoing improvement of the content (and results) on our website.
• Create engaging content for our Social Media.
• Perform the day-to-day community management of our social media channels.
• Optimise the results from all our email campaigns.
• Optimise Brand Awareness and our Thought Leadership.
• Use data analysis (Google Analytics, our CRM, and other sources) to inform your decisions.
• You may not know what CRO and A/B tests are, but you're going to read up on them right after reading this.
