Placements24 is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to lead the design of large-scale commercial projects in a remote-first setting. The role focuses on conceiving innovative designs and guiding documentation from concept through detailing, with collaboration across consultants and clients.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience, SACAP registration, and strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD and visualization tools to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Formación

• B.Arch or M.Arch degree with SACAP registration required.
• 7+ years of experience in architectural design focused on commercial projects.
• Proven leadership in design development for offices, retail and mixed-use.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design process for commercial projects from schematic design to construction documentation.
• Develop innovative design concepts aligned with client objectives and project requirements.
• Create detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other consultants.
• Manage design development phases within budgets and timelines.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, and accessibility standards.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design quality.
• Stay updated on commercial design trends, materials and construction tech.
• Provide design support during construction administration.
