Job summary

EyeCarePro is seeking an experienced Client Success leader to build and scale a client-facing function across multiple brands. You will set direction, coach leaders, and deliver measurable improvements in retention and commercial outcomes, working with an international, fully remote team.

You will report to the COO and drive operating models, capacity planning and playbooks, aligning client value with team execution while leveraging AI to enhance tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• Experienced Client Success or Account Management leader who has built/improved/scaled a client-facing function in a B2B services environment.
• Led managers or Team Leads and created accountability, development, and engagement during organizational change.
• Understands retention, client health, expansion and the operational decisions that influence them.
• Balances client expectations with team capacity and translates effective approaches into scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Design the operating model for Client Success across EyeCarePro and sister companies.
• Own client coverage, capacity, engagement, training, playbooks, performance and measurement.
• Improve meeting prep, follow-up and relationship momentum.
• Use AI and automation to create practical tools and workflows that improve client service.
