Requirements include a BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering, Pr. Eng with ECSA, and at least 10 years of progressive design and project management experience.

Qualifications

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Pr. Eng registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• Demonstrated success in managing significant infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency with industry-standard engineering software and remote collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of complex civil engineering projects, including transportation, water, and site development.
• Provide expert technical direction and oversight to project teams, ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and environmental impact analyses remotely.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, specifications, and drawings.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
