Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of architectural practice with emphasis on conceptual/early design.
• Strong portfolio of innovative conceptual designs.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools (Rhino, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for remote collaboration.
