Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Building Design Architect to join its fully remote team serving projects across South Africa. This role focuses on conceptualization and development of functional, aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client needs and site challenges, with autonomy and remote-first flexibility from Mahikeng and beyond.

You will collaborate with dispersed professionals, use advanced digital tools, and contribute to diverse, impactful projects while adhering to building codes

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Significant experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling/rendering software.
• Demonstrated understanding of South African building regulations and construction practices.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural designs from concept to detailed design development.
• Create visualisations, renderings, and design documentation using state-of-the-art software.
• Collaborate with remote engineering consultants, project managers, and clients via virtual platforms.
