Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on Aircraft Structures experience with increasing responsibility.
• Expertise in metal, composite, and bonded structures.
• Ability to interpret SRMs, drawings, and specs.
• Experience with NDT methods and structural integrity assessments.
• Proven remote collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent documentation of inspections and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance and troubleshooting for complex structural issues.
• Review and approve structural repair schemes per OEM and regulatory standards.
• Develop work instructions and documentation for on-site technicians.
• Analyze NDT reports and recommend repairs.
• Collaborate virtually with design engineers and maintenance teams.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and modifications.
