• Demonstrated ability to create compelling and believable character performances.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote team environments.
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional animation skills.

Responsibilities

• Animate characters, creatures, and objects with performance, timing, and appeal.
• Collaborate with art director and animation supervisor to achieve style and quality.
• Develop and refine animation rigs and tools to improve workflow.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to junior animators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve animation-related technical issues.
• Ensure animations are optimized for performance and production pipeline integration.
