Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Law, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in information security compliance, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, POPIA, GDPR are preferred.
• Experience with NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Strong understanding of data security principles and technologies.
• Certifications such as CIPP, CHPS, CISA, or CISSP are desirable.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, conducting audits, and managing risk assessments. Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and data privacy laws (e.g., POPIA, GDPR).
• Experience with security frameworks like NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001.
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and internal audits.
• Strong understanding of data security principles and technologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex compliance requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a 100% remote environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CIPP, CHPS, CISA, or CISSP are highly desirable.
